贵州松河矿井“三保二”开采系统科学性分析

摘要:

科学合理的开采系统对煤矿建设和生产至关重要,贵州松河矿井地质条件复杂,灾害危险性大,矿井为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,煤层有自燃危险性,煤尘有爆炸危险性,煤层顶、底板稳定性复杂多变,且矿井浅部老空区受水害威胁,为保证矿井投产后能长期保持稳产和正常接替,矿井采用“三保二”方式即采用三套巷道系统来保证两个采区、两个采面(编号为1031、2031)的抽、掘、采平衡。 “三保二”开采系统的科学性在于确保矿井煤炭生产更灵活、可靠,巷道掘进和瓦斯治理有更大的空间、更充裕的时间,提高了矿井建设、生产的安全性和抗风险能力。研究成果可为类似矿井设计、建设、生产提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

A scientific and rational mining system is very important to the coal mine construction and production. The SongHe mine in Guizhou has complex geological condition and large hazard. The mine has the danger of coal and gas outburst,spontaneous combustion coal and coal dust explosion,the roof and floor stability of coal seam also complex.Besides, the shallow mine goaf area still threatened by water hazard. To ensure keeping the mine operation stable and normal replacement for long term, mine use of "three guarantees two" approach which uses three sets of roadway systems to ensure that the two mining areas, two mining face (No. 1031,2031) extraction, digging, mining balance. The scientific of the mining system is to ensure the production of coal mine more flexible and reliable, roadway excavation and gas control has more space,more time, and improve mine construction, production safety and ability to resist risks. For other coal mines which has similar conditions with SongHe mine , the research result can provide reference to its design ,construction and production.
